We collect the following information when you use SwiftSolve:

Account information: Email address, display name (nickname), and profile avatar selection.
Game data: Scores, statistics, response times, game history, and leaderboard rankings.
Social data: Friend connections, friend requests, and multiplayer game sessions.
Device data: Device type, operating system version, and app version (for crash reporting).

2. How We Use Your Information

Provide and maintain the game service, including multiplayer and leaderboard features.
Track your game progress and statistics.
Enable friend connections and social features.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may collect data as described below:

Google Firebase — Authentication, database, and cloud storage. Collects email, device identifiers, and usage data. Privacy Policy

4. Advertising

The free version of SwiftSolve displays advertisements through Google AdMob. On iOS, you will be asked to consent to ad tracking via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized.

Pro members do not see any advertisements.

5. Payments

All payment transactions are processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect or store your credit card or any financial information on our servers.

6. Data Storage & Security

Your data is securely stored using Google Firebase services. We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

7. Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data directly from the app (Settings → Delete Account). Upon deletion, all your personal data — including game scores, friend connections, statistics, and profile information — will be permanently removed within 30 days.

8. Children's Privacy

SwiftSolve is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Request correction of inaccurate data.
