By downloading, installing, or using SwiftSolve, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

1. Description of Service

SwiftSolve is a fast-paced math puzzle game where players solve visual counting problems. The app offers single-player, multiplayer, friend games, and World Arena modes. Players can track their progress through statistics and leaderboards.

2. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must not share your account with others.
One account per person is allowed.

3. Pro Membership (In-App Purchase)

SwiftSolve offers a "Pro" membership as a one-time, lifetime purchase (non-consumable). This is not a subscription — there is no recurring billing and no auto-renewal.

Price: €4.99 (one-time payment).
Features: Removes all advertisements, unlocks all game modes, and grants daily coin replenishment.
Payment: Charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Restore: You can restore your purchase on any device by using the "Restore Purchases" option in the Pro membership screen.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store according to their respective refund policies.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the service for any illegal purposes.
Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
Attempt to hack, cheat, disrupt, or damage the service.
Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages.
Use automated tools, bots, or exploits.
Use offensive language or inappropriate content in your profile.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of SwiftSolve — including but not limited to the game design, graphics, sounds, code, and trademarks — are owned by SwiftSolve and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

6. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from within the app (Settings → Delete Account). Upon deletion, all your personal data will be permanently removed, including game scores, friend connections, and profile information. This action cannot be undone.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in behavior that we deem inappropriate or harmful to the community.

8. Limitation of Liability

SwiftSolve is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, device issues, or service interruptions.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated terms within the app and on this page. Continued use of SwiftSolve after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
